HTIC-Networks SARL (hereinafter "we", "our" or "HTIC-Networks"), a company incorporated under Ivorian law, registered under RCCM CI-ABJ-03-2021-B12-01286, IDU CI-2021-0003111 L, with its registered office at Abidjan, Cocody Riviera Abatta, Mondial Beton, is the data controller for personal data collected through the Alerte Plus platform.
This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our website alerteplus.com, the Alerte Plus Citizen mobile application, and the Alerte Plus Responder mobile application (hereinafter collectively "the Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our Services.

- Organization name and country (demo request form)

Via the Citizen app
- Identity: name, surname, phone number, email address, profile photo
- Real-time geolocation (required for the alert service to function)
- Alert data: emergency type, description, attached photos/videos, timestamp
- Device identifier and technical data (operating system, app version)
Via the Responder app
- Professional identity: name, surname, security company, badge/ID number
- Real-time geolocation (required for automatic dispatch)
- Intervention data: status, intervention history, reports
- Device identifier and technical data
3. Purposes of Processing
- Provide and improve the Services (alert processing, responder dispatch, coordination)
- Manage your user account and authenticate your identity
- Enable geolocation for efficient emergency processing
- Communicate with you (responding to inquiries, service notifications)
- Produce anonymized statistics on urban security
- Comply with our legal obligations (cooperation with authorities upon judicial requisition)
- Prevent fraud and false alerts
4. Legal Basis for Processing
- Consent
- When creating your account and activating geolocation.
- Performance of contract
- Processing is necessary to provide the Services you have requested.
- Legitimate interest
- Improving Services, platform security, preventing false alerts.
- Legal obligation
- Cooperation with law enforcement and competent authorities in accordance with the law.
5. Data Retention
- Account data
- Retained for the duration of your use of the Services, then 12 months after account deletion.
- Alert data
- Retained for 24 months from the closure of the alert, unless otherwise required by law.
- Geolocation data
- Retained for 6 months, unless legal proceedings are ongoing.
- Browsing data (cookies)
- Retained for a maximum of 13 months.
- Contact forms
- Retained for 12 months after the last exchange.
6. Data Sharing
