This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our website alerteplus.com, the Alerte Plus Citizen mobile application, and the Alerte Plus Responder mobile application (hereinafter collectively "the Services").

Via the Citizen app

• Real-time geolocation (required for the alert service to function)
• Alert data: emergency type, description, attached photos/videos, timestamp
• Device identifier and technical data (operating system, app version)

Via the Responder app

• Professional identity: name, surname, security company, badge/ID number
• Real-time geolocation (required for automatic dispatch)
• Intervention data: status, intervention history, reports
• Device identifier and technical data

3. Purposes of Processing

• Provide and improve the Services (alert processing, responder dispatch, coordination)
• Manage your user account and authenticate your identity
• Enable geolocation for efficient emergency processing
• Communicate with you (responding to inquiries, service notifications)
• Produce anonymized statistics on urban security
• Comply with our legal obligations (cooperation with authorities upon judicial requisition)
• Prevent fraud and false alerts

4. Legal Basis for Processing

When creating your account and activating geolocation.

Geolocation data

Retained for a maximum of 13 months.

Contact forms

Retained for 12 months after the last exchange.
